It’s The Super Fantastic Leadership Show! This week, we are chatting about your next role at work. Specifically, are you preparing for your next role at work? We have a tendency to focus too much on the formal development, however, the informal development is just as important and it’s our job to incorporate that!
The biggest way we can do this is to express, to our boss, what excites us and what we love to do. Think about what excites you within your work environment. Think about what you are really good at – your genius. For example, is there a special project you’d like to work on? Or are there roles that you can pursue that are outside of your current role?
Considering this can lead to a whole new level of, not only enjoyment, but also some incredible personal development!
